Objective
At the end of the session, participants will:
- Deepen their understanding of paradoxical traits that will enable leaders to help their teams turn VUCA into an advantage
- Learn more about the emotional derailers that can pose challenges for their teams in times of VUCA
- Discover what paradoxical leadership transformation requires
- Understand and embrace paradox behavioural traits to enable them to adapt and empower their teams
