HARRISON EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT ACCREDITATION MODULE
This course provides participants with a solid foundation in Harrison theories, principles, report structure, and use of the various reports. Participants will also learn how to apply various Harrison reports in creating specific and effective development action for employees. Hands-on activities, interactive discussions, and practice will provide participants with a thorough understanding of the theory and use of the Harrison Report. Emphasis will be on the Paradox Reports, Traits and Definitions, Engagement and Employment Expectations and Behavioural Success Analysis for Development and Job Success Analysis for Recruitment.
Course outcomes
Participants will leave with a working understanding of the main Harrison Assessments reports and the ability to:
- Understand and explain the Enjoyment Performance and Paradox Theories
- Explain the Traits and Definitions, Paradox Graph, Job Success Analysis and Behavioural Success Analysis Reports
- Apply insights from the reports for development purposes
- Understand the process of setting up a Job Success Formula for selection
- Use relevant HA reports effectively during an interview

- The trait scoring scale
- The Traits & Definitions Report, The Paradox Report, Job Success Analysis Suitability and Behavioural Success Analysis Similarity Reports
- How to explain the implications of a Paradox
- How to interpret the Paradox Graph as it relates to potential strengths and areas of improvement
